This one was beautifull. Your shoulders get tired and your core gets tired and then the push-ups, oh man, I did 7 rounds although the last push-ups of the 7th round were not within the 5 minnutes but hell, I count 'm anyways. Else it would be 6,5, I don't like halfs.
After 8 rounds of 30" handstand & 10 squats as a warm up, I did 8 rounds in the first AMRAP and 28 burpees in the second one.
