What can i do instead of handstand?

Depends on what is keeping you from doing the movement. Is it just strength, unfamiliarity with going inverted, limited range of motion with your shoulders/back?
Strenght is the problem... I worked again in this position but only in ISO or with slow dip
I would suggest putting your feet against the wall, and holding yourself at ~45 degree angle, with your stomach facing the ground. This will help develop your muscles. Look on youtube for a video on handstands by Camille Leblanc-Bazinet. Has some good suggestions on working on your handstand form.
