Today's Traveling WOD

WOD

Every minute on the minute for 15 minutes

20 sec plank 
then 
3 hand release pushups

**at the beginning of the minute perform the plank.  
After 20 seconds immediately do 3 hand release pushups

poof.. get 'er done.

  1. For some reason when I started the WOD I did 15 pushups instead of 3. My shoulders are burning

  2. I started doing clapping pushups half way realizing it was specified as hand release pushups.
