Today's Traveling WOD


300 lunges
*every 50 lunges do 20 hollow rocks



  1. I really like your site. Especially when I'm on mission. Do you have a official or standard warm-up? Regualary I do the following for two or three rounds:

    10 sec. Samson Stretch, each leg
    10 Air Squats
    10 Sit-Ups
    10 Push-Ups
    30 sec. Front Plank Hold

  2. Christian -

    No official warm up. We encourage everyone to warm up prior to any workout. There are a lot of warm up protocols out there and the one you list looks great!
