WOD

5 rounds

50 squats
50 chair dips

then 

1 minute handstand

  1. Thanks very much for the session. Does not get your heart rate up very much, but is extremely tough on the shoulders. I found the 1 minute hand stand really hard at the end of each round and you have to work hard to keep your core. I think it might be interesting to add some burpees in each round to get a good sweat going. Have a nice end to the year everyone.
