Today's Traveling WOD


15 minute AMRAP
(as many rounds as possible)

5 push up
10 situp
15 lunges

(use weights with the sit-up and lunges if available -45# men 25# women Rx)

  1. Fun workout! I managed 14 rounds in time, but I went ahead and made it an even 15 rounds after time. I lunged without weight, too. I really enjoy your site and your workouts, and check it daily. They are awesome for anywhere, especially when I want a break from weights(which is often). Thank you!
