Today's Traveling WOD

WOD

Tabata BtB Squats

*bottom to bottom squats
start at the bottom of the squat - bottom to bottom is 1 rep.
rest at the bottom of the squat

Tabata - 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest
a total of 4 minutes and full throttle.

head down and get it done

    A standard tabata is:

    a total of 4 minutes and full throttle.

    but it can any variation of time and rest... look up the protocol on the www.....
