Today's Traveling WOD

For our friends in Wuustwezel, Belgium!
WOD

12 minute AMRAP
(as many rounds as possible)

10 jumping squats
10 push ups
10 sit ups

*for the jumping squats start in the bottom position and leap up then land back in the bottom position of the squat.

Godt udført job!
