Today's Traveling WOD

WOD

Run 2 miles
during the run
perform 5 burpees at the top of every minute

This could take a while so get at it.

  1. I discovered this site on the beginning of a 4 week trip and love the workouts while being away from my crossfit gym. I'm just wondering what happened to Monday. Was it a rest day?

    Being a 1 man show I sometimes miss days. I make a good stab at getting it most every day.

    I have assigned myself 5 burpees as a penalty for Monday.
