Today's Traveling WOD

Okay... no clue why I decided to have two back to back days (Tue/Wed) of two minute drills.  Maybe it was really clever programming ... or not.

Any who...... on to the WOD.

WOD

accumulate

5 minutes of plank
then
5 minutes of handstand

10 minutes and on with your day.
