Today's Traveling WOD

Head nod to 13.5....


4 minute AMRAP

10 handstand pushup
10 burpees

*if you achieve 30 reps then your time goes up to 8 minute AMRAP
*add 4 minutes for every 30 reps you complete

Seemed to be the latest fad..... time multiples.
