The Traveling WOD

TTW "Adrian"

Seven rounds for time of:

3 Forward rolls
5 Wall climbs
7 V ups
9 burpee tuck jumps

one round less than 8.



  1. Just a thought - if these WODs are supposed to be doable while traveling or in a home or apartment, might be worth thinking about what sorts of moves are practical. I don't know a lot of places I've traveled to where there's a space suitable for doing forward rolls, and burpee tuck jumps aren't very kind to do if you have anybody a floor down from you.

  2. Great point. You could do them outside or in the hotel "fitness center". Not all WODs fit neatly in the room but we do try.
