Today's Traveling WOD

Dude!!  I got a "get  your act together" motivational email from a "45lb carrying dynamo" telling me to get these posts up daily!

She even gave me a WOD to share with the group.

Alright T - Here we go.

WOD

1/2 Tabatas
4 rds per exercise - 20 secs of work - 10 secs rest:
do one movement then move on to the next

Air Squats
Push Ups
Sit Ups
Burpees
Pistol Squats Left Leg
Pistol Squats Right Leg
Handstand Push Ups
Sit Ups
Jumping Lunges
Sit Ups
Mt Climbers
Sit Ups
Jumping Squats Sit Ups
Hand Stands

It's as ugly as it looks.
