"Here is a traveling WOD for you to post. I did this in my office and it works pretty good. We have a pull up bar so that is nice, but for a hotel room, easy to do parallets or tricep dips from a chair or hand stand push ups):
Taken off my favorite 12 days of Christmas!
1 Hand release push up
2 pistol squats
3 pull ups (hand stand push ups)
5 jumping lunges (10 total)
6 push ups
7 sit ups
8 mountain climbers (16 total)
9 Jumping squats (painful at this point)
10 sit ups
11 air squats
12 tuck jumps"
rep scheme - 1 then 1, 2, then 1, 2, 3, them 1, 2, 3, 4 and so on.
