We sometimes get a little insight into the people who use our humble blog while traveling.  Today I wanted to share an email we received a couple of days ago from Matt Rissell, CEO of TSheets.

      I'm about 6 months into my crossfit journey and I travel several times per year.  I love the motivation and accountability of your website travelingwod.com.  My favorite workout that you've posted (that I tweaked a little):


      *     Run 1 8min mile
      *     10 burpees, push ups, box jumps, sit ups
      *     Run 1 7:30min  mile
      *     10 burpees, push ups, box jumps, sit ups
      *     Run 1 7min mile
      *     10 burpees, push ups, box jumps, sit ups
      *     Run 1/2 mile at 6:30 pace then jog 1/2 mile
      *     10 burpees, push ups, box jumps, sit ups
