then...
WOD
4 rounds
800 meter run for time
3 minute rest
You are looking to keep your 800 meter run times as close as you can... balance the need for speed and the need to be efficient.
Go to your "I will kill this WOD" place and make it happen.

I have always wondered why 800m is not referred to as 1/2 mile. Come on people, let's call it what it is. :)
