Today's Traveling WOD

Today's WOD will be a practice session.  Use your WOD time to work on your Pistol...

Simple put you get down from a one legged stand to a squat on the same leg and back up again.  It is as much a strength move as a balance move.

Take the time and work this move.  If you are an experienced Pistoller then work on bottom to bottom pistols.

Learn and grow.
