Today's Traveling WOD

On to the WOD:

WOD

perform 30 minutes of running stopping at intervals to perform the following:

40 push ups
40 burpees
40 box jumps

(for example:  Run 5 minutes then do 10 push ups, 10 burpees and 10 box jumps then head off for another leg of the run until you have accumulated 30 minutes of run time)

If you are restricted to a treadmill then jump off at intervals to do the movements

get 'er done.
