  1. I like this idea! I'm a bit weak for it right now, so going to start it as 100 pushups for time a few times a week and work up to it! For now, I'm at 6:08.

  2. pretty solid time. When going for the big numbers it's important to break it up into doable sets and don't work a set until you fail. Once you have muscle failure then it makes it that much harder.... i.e. sets of painful 1's.

  3. Down to 5:31! 5 sets of 10, then 20 sets of 5 :) Getting stronger already!
