Today's Traveling WOD

On to the WOD:

WOD

4 back flips
3 cartwheels

-just kidding-

5 rounds

1 minute handstand
15 push ups
1 minute plank (top of the push up position)
30 seconds rest between rounds

shake it off and get to work.
