Today's Traveling WOD

Good Saturday to all!!

time for some 2 minute drills.. so set you timers for 2 minutes of work 1 minute of rest ....

On to the WOD:

WOD

2 minutes of push ups
1 minute rest
2 minutes of sit ups
1 minute rest
2 minutes of squats
1 minute rest
2 minutes of burpees

Should take 11 minutes...

Strap on your superhero cape and get 'er done.
