On to the WOD:
WOD
2 minute drills
As many reps as possible of:
2 minutes of squats
rest 1 minute
2 minutes of lunges
rest 1 minute
2 minutes of flutter kicks
rest 1 minute
2 minutes of sit ups
now brush it off and make your day.
