Today's Traveling WOD

On to the WOD:

WOD

2 x 15 Chipper

2 rounds

15 push ups
15 sit up
15 squats
15 4 counts flutterkicks
15 lunges

  1. I am so thankful for this website. As much as I would love to be in the gym, it is hard with a toddler at home. This allows me to do quick workouts while cartoons are on.On days when I can get to the gym, these workouts are Awsome warm ups. Thanks guys, keep it up!
