I cut the reps in half - 25 squats, 25 chair dips - and finished in 12:26!
Is that a good mod for a CrossFit beginner? The chair dips were what was really getting me - I could only do about 10-15 at a time without a quick break, and if I tried to do all 50 in a row, it would take me 3 minutes or so just for one set of dips (due to breaks).
that is a good mod. The goal is to challenge yourself and ensure you are getting work done.You could have also done 25 chair dips/50 squats if you are stronger in squats.The first time I did this WOD it took me 30 minutes... just say'n-JM
