We enjoy giving to the community and designing WODs that allow you to workout when a Box isn't available. Thanks to all of our "Friends" out there on FB and to all of those who follow us here at the blog.
Since I am in a giving mood today I think it time for some 100's....
On to the WOD:
WOD
100 push ups
10 burpees
100 sit ups
10 burpees
100 squats
10 burpees
for time
finish one exercise before you move to the next
Now.. get 'em done and get back to work.
