A new Box is born!

Well the day has arrived.

Carine and I have been approved by CrossFit HQ to affiliate as Silverdale CrossFit in Silverdale, Washington, USA!

It is the realization of a dream we have had for a few years now and, well, it's here.

We will still be pumping out the Traveling WODs on this site but wanted to share our "birth announcement" with our TTW friends!

Check it out at www.silverdalecrossfit.com ... The site has a few glitches (mobile site is giving us some fits) but we are going "prime time"!

Now the work really begins.
