Get your head in the game and make your summer count. You should be exhausted as you enter the fall... just like a WOD... sign up and get it done.

this is a hard one no matter how you look at it... just put your head down and 3, 2, 1, GO!

I travel four days a week and am so excited to find your site! I'm a beginner to Crossfit so this is great to be able to challenge myself even when there's no box to be found.
ReplyDeleteI had to modify HS pushups to pushups with my feet on my bench, but am still proud to finish in a sweaty 5:19 :)
