Today's Traveling WOD

On to the WOD:

WOD

50 - 40 - 30 - 20 - 10
reps for time

single under jump rope
(if you don't have a jump rope then do tuck jumps)
push ups

Yep .. it even looks hard on paper.  Pace yourself and don't do the push ups til failure.  Once you fail on the push ups it is hard to recover.
