Today's Traveling WOD

It's Sunday and time for a Tabata - a killer Tabata.

On to the WOD:

WOD

Tabata burpees

*Tabatas are 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds

20 sec burpees
10 sec rest
20 sec burpees
10 sec rest
and so on for 8 rounds

it just had to be done.

  1. I have seen a few different versions of the burpee. Which one do you do or suggest? Or does it matter???

    1. There are many variations of the burpee and CrossFit has a video listed on the exercise demo link. There are also good videos on YouTube.

      It doesn't matter what version you use for this WOD it is about getting the work done.
