Today's Traveling WOD

I hope everyone had a great weekend!  We spent time getting stuff done around the house and spent Mother's Day at the local wild animal park "observing" animals from the safety of our train as it moved around the park.. Of course the only animals we were observing were herbivores so the danger factor was pretty low.

I broke out my new squat rack and knocked out 50 reps 95# push presses... my arms/shoulders are a little tender this morning.

On to the WOD:

100 push ups
100 sit ups
100 squats

get in the tunnel and get 'em done!
