Today's Traveling WOD - Mission: Fit

At our box, Kitsap CrossFit, we do twice weekly WODs called Mission: Fit.  A 30 minute MetCon for the time challanged folks.  The time limit is the only difference from a full on 1 hour session that is the norm at the box.  As you all know a lot can be done in 30 minutes... take yesterday for example.

6 rounds ... (always a bad sign)

30 sec kettlebell swings
30 sec push ups
30 sec squats
30 sec rest

I used a 44# KB

the total reps of all exercises is your score.... I got a 273 and was laid out on the floor making sweat angels.

In quick, out quick.   I dig it.

On to the WOD:

borrowing from the CF main site for today:

WOD

3 rounds

Run 800 m
rest two minutes

compare your three times and see how consistant you are.

now go tear 'em up!
