Some positive changes in the Traveling WOD house. I have signed up C for her Level 1 Cert over at Bellevue CrossFit. I have 190# in bumpers in the mail headed to the house from Rogue and I am hot on the trail for some Squat stands.
and... I got a riding lawn mower. Not very CrossFitty to ride the mower instead of pushing the mower but I will just have to deal with it.

WOD:
10 minute AMRAP
(as many round as possible)
5 push ups
10 sit ups
10 jumping squats
Bam! get it done and get the day going!-JM
