Today's Traveling WOD

Been a busy week around here.

Which is really no excuse to not get these posted daily so I need to tighten it up and make it happen.

On to the WOD:

WOD:

For time
100 push ups
100 sit ups
100 squats


Now shake it off and get 'er done.
